“Beijing Clay Figure Zhang” has already near 160 years history so far, dating back to the period of Daoguang emperor in late Qing Dynast. Beijing Clay Figure Zhang Artcrafts Co. Ltd is affiliated with Beijing Clay Figure Zhangbo Pottery Workshop which is a professional factory producing “Beijing Clay Figure” ancient clay and pottery artcrafts. Zhang Tiecheng, the factory director, is the 4 th generation of “Beijing Clay Figure Zhang”, who inherited the art's prescription. Now he is the legal representative of the factory. The factory mainly takes products of clay-pottery imitation antiquities and the arts of imitation pottery as the core and engages in other business. It can model on pottery wares in ancient Yangshao times, pottery soldiers, maid of honors, horses, and animals in Qin, Han and Tang dynasty, as well as the famous polychrome-glazed pottery and foreign imitation pottery. Currently there are over 1000 varieties. Many customers from Europe and America come to order goods for its celebrity. In recent years, through Guangzhou Fair, we have developed three-colored glazed handicrafts with strong characteristic of American style with USA customers. The products have obtained patent and already exported to American market .
